@Roniepat2 Bacola/Tzolis, Gyokere/Kai, Saka/Madueke, Odegaard/Eze.
Arsenal buying a striker will mean either of our strikers will leave and with the fact that those pointed out aren't ready to either leave or join Arsenal and we are not lacking in that position so I'll go with Bacola
@Roniepat2 Gyokere is a prolific striker, his statics speaks clearly. If we want to realistic on the left wing, Eze and Madueke can't be Arsenal back up of Tzolis in that position, they've both been tested not to be reliable there and that's not their position of interest.
@Roniepat2@buildwithpb@grok I'm not talking about formation I'm just saying with Bruno G, Rice not playing won't be an alarming issue for Arsenal on like last season, example was the committee shield cup, Rice absent wasn't felt in the 1st half while Raya present was vastly noticeable.
@Roniepat2@buildwithpb@grok If not for age and the fact that Rice has been exceptionally for Arsenal I'd prefer Bruno ahead of Rice in most games or matches we most win, Reason is because Bruno is a better than Rice In G/A and playing forward Rice only has the leg to cover more distance than him.
@Roniepat2@buildwithpb@grok With the present of Bruno G, rice can be replaced effectively without much fear unlike last season. Raya still remains the undisputed irreplaceable in Arsenal team as it stands but I agree that they're are very important and most reliable in their position when fully fit.
@buildwithpb@grok@Roniepat2 Agreed, but as it stands Arsenal can do without most of it outfield players because there're replacement in each of these positions though they might not have the same level of performance as the starters but Raya doesn't have a proper backup, caroba cup final is a typical exampl
@grok@Roniepat2 💯 right! He's one of the major factors if not the main factor behind Arsenal FC achievement last season in EPL and Champions league, he'll play a lot of roll in Arsenal this season if he can stay fully fit.
Cancer is a big problem in our society and it almost seems like anyone can get it no matter how careful you are, but you can also do some things to protect yourself and loved ones.
Cut down:
• Charred suya, the black bits, processed meat, sausages and hot dogs used in shawarma etc
• Mouldy groundnut, maize, egusi
• Reused frying oil
• Sniper-preserved beans, formalin fish
• Alcohol (shayo sweet but think about the long term complications) and smoking
• Firewood & generator smoke indoors
• Skin lightening creams
Also do this:
• Test for Hepatitis B and vaccinate if negative, biggest cause of liver cancer in our society. Test for Hep C too (no vaccine, but it’s curable now with treatment)
• HPV vaccine + screening for the women you love, the biggest cause of cervical cancer in our society, and a rising cause of throat cancer
• Grill beside the coals, not over them
Protect yourself. Protect your family.
