Hi Maxis. I hv lodge a report on the disruption of my Fibre connections. It's about 24hrs now and your technical team hv not contacted me to resolve the cases.
I reported on the buffering loading of sites, but my connection got NO INTERNET even afterwards.

Pls be informed that there is TM Pole and Broadband Cable faults at:
Jalan 2C, Kampung Baru Subang, 40150 Shah Alam.
GPS Location: 3.134116,101.542389
The cable and pole is causing a hazard to property and the public.
Please have your team to repair asap.

Why is TM technician requesting money to reline fiber cable (RM500.00) from the DP to my resident which is not a fault of mine. This is extortion!

I called your center regarding my Maxis fiber down at 10/6/2022(5) at 4.05pm. Since there isn't any response I called again today 11/6/2022(6) 8:33am. This time a case number was issued. Now 5.25pm there isn't any response from your side. This is 3X in 3 months.
@MaxisListens A number of times I hv complain Abt my home fiber on intermittent DC. Three times on three reports your technician came to my house but can't solve the problem and my Case is closed. I have submitted another case and yet to hv call from your technical team.
@MaxisListens Your Sunway Maxis Centre has not enough seats for your customers. Please attend to this. Senior Citizens can't stand long for your staff to attend to them. Thank.
@MaxisListens Appointment set by your technician at 1 pm today 08/03/2023. Now itโs nearing 1:44pm. No follow up call from your technician when he is late. Furthermore, my case in your Maxis apps does not have any appoinment.
