There is an interesting subject when I was in CSE major, it is called CONM or comouter oriented numerical methods, everyone dreaded that class, but, that class taught us how to think about solutions to certain problems, the path towards it, most of them dreaded it because they use to memorize the algorithms, without any respect or understanding about the thought process of the people who invented the equation or the algorithms, how they came to it, why this why not that, just because you know the formula do not gurantee anything, but the intention is not to know the formula, but how to think about it differently, even if you use AI with AI the cirricula should be more about come up with a more efficient method to a rule or a corollary, and since it is CONM they could run with measurable complexity.

Nearly everything in this world can be expressed as an algorithm, politicians builds data structures and algorithms around people, businessman builds it around users and money, doctors makes it around patients, time and remedy, the question is not if algorithms are relevent the question is are we asking about the relevent algorithms.
