@TeamYouTube @katiecdudley We contacted live support a few days ago. At that time, we were having the audio descriptions AND the no audio problem. Waiting to hear back, but this really needs to be resolved soon!

@TeamYouTube Primary is selected. I don’t have the option to “turn off” secondary, and can only toggle between the two. Primary is “on” on all devices and we still get the descriptors. We get this on NBC shows only thus far.
