Breakfast - B/p
Lunch - Chia seed pudding + almond milk and stevia latte
Dinner - Salad
At least 10k steps a day (try to get 15k)
3L of water a day
My cal limit is about 900cals (not inclueding the b/p)
SW(and my hw): 59kg
GW1: 55kg
GW2: 50kg
GW3: 45kg

How to eat less at dinner? I need tips beacuse I literally feel sooo hungry I almost everytime end up overeating BUT not binging.
I just don't know how to stop eating :(

So I have some issues with my digestive system so I stopped counting cals and b/p-ing BUT I gained sooo much weight and I feel super disgusting so we are starting again
My mom is soon taking me to a nutritionist bc I have some problems with my organs :) I hope that the diet is going to speed up my metabolism and make me lose weight
