Wyndham, if you are attaching your name to a business, at least have a customer care service in place, that can assist the customer and stop referring the customer back to the hotel where the issue occurred. I canceled the rewards account for unsatisfactory customer service.

@HoneyBakedHam I drove 30 minutes to the Marlton NJ location for a sandwich. It’s 5:30 pm and the manager informs me that the lunch counter is closes at 5:00 pm. ☹️ The store closes at 6:00 pm. Lunch hours are not posted anywhere in the store or the website.
