@Mucktey Not Aminu Kano but Jam'iyya Islamiyya. And the process was actually begun with the establishment of the Judicial School under Aminu's distant uncle, Wali Sulaiman.
@muhsin234 There is nothing new to be written on or about Nigeria and its potentials. Researches have been undertaken, sponsored, carried out right from the colonial period. The problem is that of governance and discipline. It is not that Nigerians are not aware of the opportunities.
@RealPoliz Did you speak to her in Hausa? I am wondering what will make her say you are Hausa. And if you spoke to her in Hausa, why so since you detest being identified as Hausa?
@RealShahriqKhan Islam doesn't lose or miss anybody. It is you that loses and misses. Spare yourself this needless taunting. Islam remains Islam even if the entire Muslims will decide to say they are no longer Muslims. A blessing doesn't cease to be what it is simply because it is not recognised.
@Khadijabwuro Okay. But first of all, tell me what you mean by 'pure'. And do you believe there are pure Fulani, pure Kanuri, pure Igbo, pure Yoruba, pure Nupe etc? Answer me this before I pose the follow-up question?
@Ziyad_yakubu@Millz_umar I know that deliberate effort. Its name is generational injustice. Now the time to speak up and out has come. The Hausa social philosophy entrenched that in the saying: 'duka yau duka gobe shi ke sa bakin Ba'auzini tawaye.
Curiosity Fact:
In 1979, Mallam Aminu Kano, as PRP's presidential candidate, got more votes than Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso did in 2023 as NNPP's flag bearer.
Aminu Kano (PRP): 1, 732, 113.
Rabiu Kwankwaso (NNPP): 1, 496, 687.
The downfall of PDP is a great loss to Nigerian democracy. Woe betide those behind making the largest political party in Africa become the shadow of its former self. Now we are left with mushroom and shell political parties that are just for contesting in elections.
@Ziyad_yakubu Which Arabs burnt the Tsumburbura Shrine? Know the history first before you start forming yourself as some kind of authority. And I think it is you who consider that epoch as a ''dark history in times of ignorance". Those people established the Kano you cannot maintain now.
@egi_nupe@BayKenny Yet you haven't asked the relevant question: why are things the way they are now? Answering this basic question will help us identify the problem and perhaps find a solution to it.
@Al_Must3rph3r He knows better than you do. Believe me, the money you see him making has political 'blessings' in it. Anyone who deals with our politicians and sees the kind of money they make will drop anything to join the game. He is not the first person to do so. Here money is in government.
