@moneyacademyKE@Henry_Akony At first I thought it's the length of the ocean crossway. So they'll employ people to measure the length of each or they'll have a standard length for each vehicle. I guess this is how they'll say they have created jobs
@TheJesterhahaha@sholard_mancity NSSF is already at 12% (6% employer + 6%employee) that leave out a Maximum of 18% for contributions under a Pension Scheme. An employer who deducts employees 10% and contributes 20% on behalf of the Employee will have to reduce these percentages to remain at 30% when opting out
@TheJesterhahaha@sholard_mancity Opting out isn't for everybody, better examine it carefully lest you disadvantage some employees. FYI, when combined both Pension Scheme & NSSF contributions by law are rqrd 2b not more than 30% of total earnings. If it's more, then the contribution has 2be reduced B4 opting out
@sholard_mancity This isn't GoK. KEMRI being a State Corp has an Occupational Pension Scheme devoid of the GoK Superannuation Fund. The Scheme is managed by Trustees 1/2 elected by KEMRI Staff in the scheme & 1/2 nominated by KEMRI. If there are issues ask the Trustees & Regulator RBA not GoK
@kentai6362 @IkeOjuku@C_NyaKundiH Suspect for what? What is his crime? Losing a Civil Case that is still before the Courts and he has stay orders? Ata kama ni uji uko nayo kichwani, focus a little.
@Martin_Imanthiu@janyakach8@stimasacco Which factors are these you are considering? The SACCO is growing year in, year out, but the benefit to members has remained constant, how is that a good thing?
@janyakach8@stimasacco Exactly. How is the SACCO growing without any growth in benefit to members? Who is benefiting from the growth if not members? How is 11% a good rate if it has stagnated at that rate for several years?
@JohnBless_@stimasacco@TheAbojani@cheruiyotkb Is this an income to the SACCO or is it funds used for procurin insurance services against the Members Savings? Picture in the same year 100 members with an accumulates Alpha deposits of Kes. 200M dying, where would the SACCO get the extra Kes. 200M to pay their Beneficiaries?
@Disembe@RobertAlai If only you understood that, that FREEDOM we crave gives us the voice and courage to agitate for and point out the absence and lack of those physical infrastructure development and cause the concerned leaders and politicians to act
@abuomondi@ndungup_@patrickgachie2 1. Stima's declared dividends FY 2024 was 15%. 2. Whereas the min share cap a member can hold is Kes. 25K there's no max share cap, its possible to hold Kes. 15M shares. 3. It's stated clearly the Kes. 15M relates to shares not deposits. Deposits = interest & Shares= Dividends
@bwire32290@NelsonHavi How would you remember when you are not even an Advocate, it doesn't concern you at all... Are you his client? Have you instructed him? Did he loose your case?
@citizentvkenya Barred is such an alarmist term. Simply put, his name was not on the Voters register, probably he didn't hold a practicing certificate in 2025. He was ineligible to vote simple!
@Gaffer254@KinyanBoy Lies! Porojo tupu! It's not a marriage thing, but rather a media personality thing that affects both male and females. FYI, she was married. It happened to Esther Arunga, Kimani Mbugua, Eunice Omollo, Nasibo Kabale, Michael Oyier, Salim Swaleh the list is endless
