It’s incredible how much more understanding you are when you fully love yourself. You tend to realize the negative things people say are just projections of their own lives.
People hate that they can’t humble me. You can’t embarrass me, you can’t break me, you can’t shame me, and you definitely can’t make me feel less of a person. I don’t give nobody that type of power over my life. I know who I am and I don’t need validation from nobody.
too many fake peaceful mfs. Passive aggressive. Messy behind closed doors. Act like theyre above drama but start it. Scary as hell but try to pump fake when they round they punk ass friends. Throw stones& hide their hands ass mfs. This is why I don't judge ppl who lash out.
There’s a cruel paradox that scapegoats of narcissistic abuse often face.
If you handle the abuse stoically — staying composed, functioning, keeping up appearances—people assume nothing was ever wrong. Your pain is invisible, and so is the abuse.
But if the trauma catches up with you… if you break down, develop anxiety, depression, or PTSD—suddenly you look like the unstable one. And to outside observers, that just seems to confirm the narcissist’s narrative that you were the problem all along.
This is how scapegoats are retraumatized by a world that misunderstands trauma—and how narcissists get away with it.
Once you realize how CONFRONTATIONAL your own presence can be you’ll learn how selective you have to be. Cuz you can just be doing u & it make a mf realize how insecure, worthless, and lame THEY are & now they’re new project is tryna tear u down and humble u everyday.
I don’t understand ppl who have a superiority complex and think they’re above you but still compete w you.
If you’re better than why am I even on your radar?
You are not my friend if you know something I should be made aware of but don’t tell me. You are NOT my friend if you let anyone speak evil or wrong of me unchecked. You are NOT my friend if you’re running around telling my business like it’s yours to tell.
You are NOT my friend if you encourage me to stay in wrong just because you don’t want me mad at you. You are NOT my friend if you only correct me behind my back but never to my face. You are NOT my friend if you secretly enjoy seeing me struggle, fail, or make a fool of myself.
A real friend doesn’t just make you feel good about yourself. A real friend helps you become better.
I don’t like being friends with people who immediately need my help. Like you only want to be my “friend” because that gives you access to my assistance. No thank you. This goes for any relationship tbh. Come helped already, and if I naturally want to extend my help in the future, I’ll do that.
people with very little self worth will find excitement in watching how emotionally deregulated you get in reaction to their behavior because they believe that they are so deeply unloveable that they’ll measure their impact in the world by how far you’ll get out of character for them
Fixating on someone who’s minding their own business, repeatedly forcing yourself into their personal space until they assert a boundary, then playing the victim and smear-campaigning them as the attacker is psychotic and deeply predatory behavior.
Some ppl feel like you “left them behind” bc you detached from them and moved on entirely but these are the same folks who were playing both sides, not sticking up for you, in close proximity to your enemies && “didn’t know what to believe” when they were fed lies about you. Confusion is a choice && they chose their side when they didn’t choose you.
Pick me girls will gossip with guys about the girl that is effortlessly magnetic to try to get them to see her in a bad light; without fully realizing that the guys eat up the gossip because of how deep their obsession goes.
ppl fall in love with my individuality. fall in love with my adventurous energy. fall in love with my spirit. then they get close and the autonomy threatens them. then it’s a struggle being happy for me. then their emotional safety somehow RELIES on controlling or belittling me.
