In an exciting and infuriating twist, @westelm dropped off an enormous 8ft by 10ft jute rug today that we did not order. They are refusing to pick it up until Friday. So now I guess our apartment is where they store their trash?

@westelm has lost my $3000 sofa and refuses to call me back or email me. I have spoken to at least 10 different people, some of who openly lied to me. Their customer service has no email option, so my only option is to take hours out of my day to call them.
