At the first meeting of the Higher Committee for Development and Citizens Affairs in 2026, we approved key strategic initiatives aimed at reinforcing the family's role as the foundation of our society. We believe that strong families build strong cities, that quality of life defines government success, and that the happiness of our citizens must always come first.
We launched the Dubai Family-Friendly Strategy, the second phase of the Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum Family Programme, the Vibrant Dubai initiative, and other projects to build stronger families, foster a more connected society, and position Dubai as the world’s best city for families. We continue to build an integrated social system that empowers Emirati families, deepens community bonds, and secures Dubai’s future.
This evening, I met with a number of local dignitaries and citizens. Ramadan is a month of blessings that brings people together and strengthens compassion across our community. May Allah protect our nation and leadership, keep us united, and bless our gatherings with goodness and warmth.

Success is not measured by numbers alone, but by the trust of our people and the confidence of the world in Dubai. That trust is our greatest asset, and safeguarding it is our responsibility. Dubai competes only with itself.

For the third year in a row, Dubai’s tourism sector has achieved record-breaking figures. In 2025, the emirate welcomed 19.59 million international overnight visitors, up 5% year-on-year, while average hotel occupancy exceeded 80%, according to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. This strong momentum reinforces Dubai’s position as a year-round destination and supports the Dubai Economic Agenda, D33's goal to rank among the world’s top 3 tourism hubs. At the crossroads of the world, Dubai continues to welcome visitors to experience its unique offering.
