Very sad to hear of Andy Kershaw’s passing at just 66. He was a great champion of Suns of Arqa and world music generally, and his shows celebrated some of the best global sounds. Here’s “Beyond the Beyond” from our Andy Kershaw session in 1999

All’evento hanno partecipato, oltre a Peter Gabriel, anche band quali Don Cherry, The Beat, Drummers of Burundi, Echo & The Bunnymen, Imrat Khan, Prince Nico Mbarga, Simple Minds, Suns of Arqa, The Chieftains.
