@Orbitz I’ve spoken to 6-7 agents already and not willing to spend more time talking to a generic support agent who will eventually end up at the same resolution. I just want the email alerts to stop unless there’s a NEW change to my reservation
@cathaypacific@Orbitz what a horrible horrible experience booking a flight to India through you - booked a flight from SFO to MAA for Dec at an already ridiculous price, then got informed that our connecting flight from LAX to HKG was advanced by 10 mins (1/n)
@Orbitz I’ve said this before multiple times, I’m not allowed to DM since I’m not a verified user. Please provide alternate means of providing this info

So far, @Orbitz has responded to this post by asking me to share itinerary details by DM, which I’m unable to do unless I’m a verified user. They have yet to provide me an alternate way to give them itinerary details
So not only did they change the flight 3 weeks after booking and issuing tickets, now they don’t want to bear any responsibility for us missing the flight if their flight is late, or if they miss baggage transfer. Great job screwing your customers over @cathaypacific@Orbitz
Even more ridiculous is that if we just want to keep the shorter connection time then we need to verbally agree that we bear the responsibility if we miss the connection (!!) (4/n)
@sandeepb1984@Nivi_Chandru No feature like that as yet, it’s hard because the restaurants you can order from depend on the delivery address, so you’d need to have some way of specifying location.

Lovely piece of work for Starbucks India, by the agency Edelman India. Starbucks has used the same theme earlier too, particularly in an ad for Starbucks UK, late-2019/early-2020, made by the creative agency Iris (see next tweet). 1/7
