@Airbnb_jp When will you stop letting hosts robbing customers in the name of no cancellation and providing dirty, broken rooms to stay. This hos has refused to pay the refund while the property provided has broken items bed, microwave and dirty place he is holding 15 days pay for this.

@DHLGlobal Need urgent attention, I had been holding in Tokyo due to COVID and was sending my excess baggage via DHL but so far I had not received any positive cooperation from DHL India they keep mentioning I need to pay some charges but are unable to specify what amount I need to pay.

@Airbnb_jp The biggest scammer in the name of super host provides substandard dirty property broken appliances and bed when you complain no refund is provided. Please avoid at all cost booking anything on Airbnb Japan no customer support if you don't speak Japanese
