Looking at these pictures.
This is completely unacceptable.
The people in those environments are dirty and irresponsible with their waste management.

You cannot call yourself a responsible human being and leave your refuse or bin area looking like this. You’re supposed to bag your waste and tie it properly. Nothing should be dropping out. Waste management will not pick up trash left like this in the western world. If you try this in the UK, you will be fined.
They don’t care how long it takes them to come collect your waste. You must get a proper bag, tie it, put it in the bin, and close it and not scattered around.

You people are living like pigs and then you turn around and blame the government for everything. You don’t expect a waste management company to come and hand pick scattered rubbish for you.

The first responsibility for cleanliness starts with the people.
They need to start issuing fines. People need to start acting right. This is shameful and foolish.
