All over the globe, girls still approach puberty without the knowledge, tools, and support they need to grow up feeling confident. Many girls, irrespective of country and culture, experience a loss of self-esteem and personal strength with the onset of menstruation.
At SUPAFO, we are committed to ending violence and abuse especially as it affects women and girls.
Our Executive Director, Timilehin Adeleke, reaffirms our foundation's readiness and commitment to this cause!

Nearly half of women have experienced 'period shaming'
A lot of stigma, shame, miseducation, and sexism exist around menstruation. There are people all over the world that lack access to menstrual products, education, and or facilities to manage menstruation.
Have you heard? SUPAFO is having a conversation on menstrual hygiene day about the cost and implication of sanitary pads on girls and education.
The conversation starts by 5pm on May 27th. Be there!!!
