All of Us strongly endorses the Employment-Based reform proposed in the #USCitizenshipAct by @POTUS@SenatorMenendez@RepLindaSanchez.
This proposal will solve the EB immigration backlog, while rejecting all zero-sum approaches of the past few years.
@SamJose45470699 Zero-sum is never the appropriate solution.
Biden's immigration bill adds enough GC and fixes the problem for all. We will continue to share action items as we march forward.
Oh, Canada! How Outdated US Immigration Policies Push Top Talent to Other Countries

Bad news: Cosponsors of the zero-sum EAGLE Act are increasing day by day.
Good news: As a constituent, you could be the one informing your House representative about the devastating effects of this zero-sum bill and convincing them to OPPOSE IT.
We recently wrote to the @USCIS urging them to improve the I-485 processing times. We are glad they are now taking steps in addressing this issue.
This is action that cannot wait if available visa numbers are to be used before the end of the fiscal year. @AILANational
Big Tech lobbying arms pushing hard for the #EagleAct!
If this bill passes:
🔺Backlog for everyone 📈
🔺Total Big Tech monopoly over employment-based Green Cards
The real solution is to allocate more GCs to balance supply and demand.
@TammyFisicoff@Ynotgreencards@IEEEUSA
GitHub stands with immigrants and is proud to support the #EAGLEAct / HR3648 that would eliminate country caps on employment-based green cards. We’re stronger when we can welcome developers no matter where they’re from. https://t.co/qjYWkimXMK
You guessed it right!
The average ROW country gets <0.5% (only 7 got >2% & only 13 got 1-2% in 2019)
Meanwhile, the EagleAct sponsors claim that small and large countries get “the same allocation”
In practice, large countries get a larger share and small ones a small share
@talk_to_raj As we have demonstrated the 7% is not the cause. The issue is lack of enough GCs. Without enough GCs no change will alleviate the problem. Take a look at our material on Biden bill that adds enough GCs to clear the backlog.
