@KTNV With the weapon that the officer had it seems really unnecessary to run at Steve while shooting at him..why were they running towards him firing? As they claim he had pointed a weapon at them the logical thought would be to take cover and shoot from there

@KTNV Their procedure manual for someone with a weapon wanting to hurt themselves steps should have been taken other than shutting down the street. Pepper Spray, Taser, using the 40mm nitro pellet rifle calling for their Crisis Team , we don't hear and can not see any direct threat

@KTNV For whatever reason things apparently in his life went south as he had posted on FB around June 14th that he was going to be homeless his actions show a cry for help which after reading Henderson's Procedure Manual they did not do anything to deescalate the situation

@KTNV This was someone I had known since I was 13 back in 1984, Steve was not someone to ever start problems I have never seen him in a fight. He had had a nice house there in the suburbs outside of Vegas he had been an Executive Chef at the MgM Grand.
