Ok I will try to put these in an easier scenario.
If someone commissioned me and I found out that person has said racist remarks/ transphobic/ etc etc anything bigoted and or foul I would ALSO deny their commission.
From a business perspective: If someone or community of people found out I worked with a not that great person it could ruin my business. Im not sacrificing my business for one person.
Moral standpoint: It would make it seem like I am ok with what the person has said/done and it would send a HORRIBLE message to other customers. So I would be perfectly ok losing $200 if it meant I stand firm to what I believe.
I cannot die with money but I can die knowing I stood firm on whats right to me.
This is not to attack anybody this is just giving my perspective as an artists.
Fuck AI.
Here is a list of free pre made vtuber models and assets as well as free customisable models.
I hope that with this list, you can turn away from using AI and support real artists instead!

FELLOW ARTISTS OR PEOPLE WHO DONT WANT THEIR PRIVACY VIOLATED CRAZY LIKE THIS
here's how u turn that shit OFF 👎👩❤️💋👩
(the thumb is directed towards instagram the lesbians are for everyone trying to turn it off GOOD LUCK)
If your Instagram is public, Meta just enrolled you in something you didn't agree to.
Their new AI tool, Muse Image, lets anyone @-mention your Instagram handle in Meta AI and generate images using your face and photos. launched Tuesday. opt-in by default. no notification when it happens.
→ you won't be told when someone creates an AI image of you
→ opting out only stops future generation; anything already made stays live
→ there's no mechanism to remove images created before you opted out
how to turn it off:
Instagram → Profile → Menu (☰) → Sharing and Reuse → turn off Posts and Reels under "Allow people to reuse your content on Instagram and with AI features at Meta"
note: the setting is still rolling out. if you don't see it yet, keep checking.
if you want the strongest protection right now: go private.
Undoubted PROOF (KIDS ACT) was PAID for by Over 120 major tech, telecom, and media companies 🚨🚨🚨file lobbying occurred on a single bill 2024-2025⚠️⚠️⚠️
⚠️they are not reading it. They are negotiating the text. Lobbying disclosures on a bill mean those companies submitted markups, drafted amendments, met with committee staff, and traded provisions behind closed doors. They bought their way into the drafting room.🚨🚨🚨🚨
This is textbook regulatory capture.🚨🚨
⚠️⚠️It looks like companies funding the bill, hired the lobbyists who drafted the language, working with the legislators who sponsor it, and voting it through before the opposition can read it. The KIDS Act is a consolidated package. H.R. 7757 is the container. S.1409 is the engine. The companies in the screenshot paid for it…
The lobbying database confirms the money trail.

In 2021, Hideo Kojima predicted that a future built entirely around digital media could leave people without access to the content they thought they owned if companies or external events changed how that content was distributed.
“Eventually, even digital data will no longer be owned by individuals on their own initiative. Whenever there is a major change or accident in the world, in a country, in a government, in an idea, or in a trend, access to it may suddenly be cut off.”
“We will not be able to freely access the movies, books, and music that we have loved. I would be a have-not. That’s what I’m afraid of. This is not greed.”
@IGN At this point I'm not buying games anymore if I can't have it physical, I don't want something I bought with money I worked for to be stripped from me. I'm so sick of this all digital crap.
For everyone worried about KIDS Act’s and KOSA, here are some helpful links to help calm you down. We should all remain vigilant and worried but it’s not as clear cut as some might think:
1) There is significant opposition to both House and Senate versions (free speech / privacy concerns)
Links:
- ACLU (KOSA opposition; urges House to protect free speech):
https://t.co/3Hcx3xqAUr
- NetChoice (flags First Amendment concerns with the House KIDS Act):
https://t.co/lzqsPEEgVb
- EFF (opposition letter to KOSA; duty-of-care / surveillance concerns):
https://t.co/ImK4FWWvmT
Multiple major civil-liberties and privacy orgs oppose these bills for similar core reasons: chilling lawful speech and pressuring platforms into intrusive compliance.
2) Senate sponsors/co-authors have indicated the House version is “dead on arrival” (they don’t view it as acceptable)
Link:
- The Hill (explains the House-Senate mismatch and quotes Senate co-authors viewing House approach as nonstarter):
https://t.co/R9vfBisLVB
Even after House action, there’s meaningful disagreement between chambers. That mismatch tends to create delays, negotiations, and narrowing.
3) Even in the Senate, passage is not automatic; the bill could stall or fail because of internal disagreement
Link:
- The Hill (same article: “long odds,” why the Senate path is difficult):
https://t.co/R9vfBisLVB
When Senate authors publicly resist the House version, the practical effect is that a final bill must be reworked, something that can stall or collapse.
4) Similar “kids online”/age-check/duty-of-care style laws have already been treated as constitutionally risky in court, so lawsuits and injunction fights are very likely if a federal version becomes law
Links (examples of litigation challenging similar approaches on First Amendment grounds):
- NetChoice v. Griffin (Arkansas age verification / minors online litigation record via Justia):
https://t.co/spdUAJx40g
- NetChoice v. Griffin (court filing materials, via CourtListener recap):
https://t.co/Lwd5FgDmPW
- NetChoice v. Yost (Ohio parental notification / related First Amendment challenge PDF):
https://t.co/MdEcbilzOu
- NetChoice v. Skrmetti (Tennessee age-related minors online issues; includes preliminary-injunction posture):
https://t.co/9rqvJecEvq
So, courts have already enjoined or closely scrutinized similar laws. That’s strong “pattern evidence” that any federal version with comparable mechanics would face serious constitutional litigation.
Here’s the roll call of members of Congress who betrayed the Constitution and the American people by voting yes on the KIDS Act.
The sickest part is that these people used “protecting kids” as an excuse to further insert government between parents and their children—all while establishing a surveillance infrastructure to monitor and control Americans of all ages.
It passed, but AGAIN. Do not panic! We still have the Senate and the house, stay calm and call your reps!! I’m scared but I’m not letting that consume me ❤️
Hi fellow americans, please contact your representatives and tell them to vote NO on the KIDS Act if you want to not be surveilled online. The US House will vote on it at 6:30 PM THIS Monday!!!! Here's a call script I saw.
We have a little over 24 hours to save the internet. The vote is being rushed to the US House floor on Monday the 29th.
"Buried inside the KIDS Act are provisions that will push online services to verify all users’ ages, require government-directed moderation policies for online speech, and even create new rules about private and encrypted communications." -- EFF https://t.co/4vVQcYPDct
The bill has bipartisan support and large corporate donors, who all have a vested interest in eroding your privacy and freedom of speech. Similar bills have already passed in other countries and individual states and led to ID scanning mandates, faulty AI moderation, the removal of encrypted messaging, etc.
If passed, some platforms will require ID scans from all users, some may try to deploy faulty 'estimation' technology that will randomly trigger and cause your accounts to be either permanently deleted or locked until you fork over an ID. These systems have been a disaster where deployed in other regions and led to many account losses and data breaches.
