@amandakstroud @Htown_avg_Coach @educator4ever36 I’ve done all it. HS math, PE, MOID. Got bit in sped. Had PE kids threaten to kill me. Running any classroom is difficult in its own way. It’s why i don’t think pay can be separated. (Being an admin is the easiest job at school)
