Is this the professional standard of conduct expected from your recovery agency?
The customer was requesting a settlement in 4 EMIs, but your recovery team insisted on a much higher OTS amount. If a customer can instantly pay around 70%, then logically the customer may also be capable of paying regular EMIs and continuing the loan. Why was a practical repayment request not considered?
If these statements were indeed made by your recovery representative, please clarify:
Do these remarks reflect your company's recovery policy?
Has your team been trained to use such language with borrowers?
What action will be taken regarding this conduct?
Recovery should be based on professionalism and RBI guidelines, not intimidation or personal remarks.

I would like to bring to your notice that my previous escalation is still pending from your end. Kindly review the call and take appropriate action.
I also request that proper training be provided to your recovery staff before they are assigned to customer interactions. Basic professional greetings and courteous communication appear to be lacking.
Please investigate this matter and update me on the status of both my earlier complaint and this fresh escalation.
