You can agree with this guy's ideas or you can disagree. But one thing that scares me is the hatred this Doctor displays for those who do not subscribe to his philosophy.

His subsequent posts also belie a vitriolic and intense hatred that is scary. Reaching levels where he may well be unable or unwilling or unfit to uphold his oath as a doctor.

@IndianMedAssn you should frame some guidelines to assess fitness to continue practicing as a doctor where ideological inclination becomes so strong as to cause strong hatred of opposing thought processes.

RTI and MGNREGA are not achievements.

NPCI - Despite NPCI coming in 2008, UPi came under Modi govt in 2016 because Modi invested a lot in JAM. Remove Modi, no JAM, no UPI.

DFCs - Congress laid 0 kms of track till 2014. It is Modi who did that.

Solar Mission - First plant in India in 2009 of 2 MW. Till 2014, Solar capacity at 2.63 GW. In 2026, it is at 162 GW. It is Modi who has built Solar Power Capacity of India. Not just solar, but same for entire renewable sector of India.

Golden quadrilateral - Made by ABP. Also, 50% of highways built by India in 1980-2014(40 years) were built were ABP in his 5 years. So, again Congress didn't do anything major here.

Atal tunnel - ABV started in 2002 and laid ground work. From 2010-14, only 1.3km was done at rate of 300m/year.
From 2014-17, 7.6km was done. So, 2.4km/year.
Again, it is Modi who has done the major work.

I simply don't understand why Congress IT cell cannot search for data first before announcing that UPA did great work in 2004-14.

UPA cannot even dream(let along executing) of what Modi has done in last 12 years.

A beautiful example that explains the reality:

Ten friends once went to a hotel for dinner. Among them were some very poor, some poor, some middle-class, and some rich.

At ₹10 per person, the total bill came to ₹100.

The hotel owner decided to split the bill the way a country’s tax system works:

• First 4 (very poor) — completely free
• 5th (poor) — ₹1
• 6th (lower-middle) — ₹3
• 7th (lower-middle class) — ₹7
• 8th (middle class) — ₹12
• 9th (upper class) — ₹18
• 10th (very rich) — ₹59

The ten friends liked this system and started eating at that hotel every day.

One day the hotel owner said: “You’re my regular customers, so from today I’ll give you a discount of ₹20 on the total bill.”

Now the question was — how should this discount be divided among everyone?

The first four were already eating for free. So the owner worked out a way:

• Now the first 5 — completely free
• 6th — pays ₹2 instead of ₹3 (33% discount)
• 7th — pays ₹5 instead of ₹7 (28% discount)
• 8th — pays ₹9 instead of ₹12 (25% discount)
• 9th — pays ₹14 instead of ₹18 (22% discount)
• 10th — pays ₹49 instead of ₹59 (only 16% discount)

As they walked out after eating:

• The 6th said, “I only got a ₹1 discount, but that rich man got a ₹10 discount!”
• The 5th, who now ate for free, said, “That rich man benefited ten times more than me.”
• The 7th said, “I only got a ₹2 discount, and that businessman got ₹10!”
• The first four, who were already eating for free, said, “At least you got something — we poor people got no benefit at all from this discount.”

Then everyone started shouting: “This government only works for the rich, industrialists, and capitalists!”

And together they beat up the tenth (rich) person.

That rich man went to Singapore or Australia for treatment and never came back to eat at that hotel again.

The next day, the remaining 9 friends together had only ₹40, but their bill came to ₹72.

Friends, if we keep blaming the industrialists, big taxpayers, and businessmen who pay income tax in our state or country, they may eventually start doing business in another state or country — one that offers them a more favorable tax system and incentives.

This story is used as an example to explain a country’s tax system, budget, and tax exemptions.

Some believe that schemes offering free grain, education, electricity, water, bicycles, laptops, and treatment get people used to free facilities and can increase the country’s financial burden.

Nothing in this world is truly free — someone always pays the cost.

Industrialists, capitalists, and big taxpayers can be criticized, but the taxes they pay also play an important role in the country’s economy..
