That’s why celebs & well known figures need to start donating to more HBCUs esp smaller ones. Not just the ones ppl see on tv or where famous ppl attended. Certain issues should not be happening when you consistently receive millions in funding. #HBCUgrad 🎓

I’m not trying to talk down on Howard bec HBCUs definitely need to stick together. But I’ve seen too many comments putting all HBCUs in a box when one receives negative attention. Please don’t associated bad moments with one HBCU with the rest! #HBCUgrad 🎓

Also, yall remember students at Howard posting about mold in their dorms? I have NEVER experienced that at my HBCU. I lived in the dorms and had an off campus apartment. No issues! #HBCUgrad 🎓

I graduated from a HBCU. I did not have problems with FA where my enrollment was in jeopardy. I received funding from the military and scholarships. My school’s FA office had reasonable deadlines and was patient #HBCUgrad 🎓
