@IGPcom while placing order, expected date for delivery was 28. It's 29 and Rakhi is not yet dispatched.if u can't fulfil demand then don't take orders. Also don't give dates on which you can not deliver. do you really this ki d of service will retain customers.#RakhiToSoldiers

@RBI @PMOIndia peole are afraid of digital India. So many OTP frauds are happening and there is no response from either bank or RBI. Neither police helps the victim of these kind of frauds nor the bank. It feels like all are helping fraudster and all the burden has to born by us

@RBI what are the guidelines for OTP based fraud. If the customer informs the bank that the transaction from credit card was not done by him and fraudster has hacked his phone got the OTP, then what is the responsibility of the bank.

@riteshagar @oyorooms i would like to know what kind of checks tht you perform when you take a hotel under your name. I went to Raipur for a trip and booked a room at oyo 8494 hotel NS Sheetal. Booking id QNDU9645. On oyo the rating is 4.8.
And this is the condition of rooms.

@oyorooms I got call from Gunjan. She was very supportive and she tried to resolve the issue by conferencing me with the property owner. But now there is new issue. The hotel has our ID's which we gave as a process. And he called one of my friend and threatend him for some actions.

Please do something as these are not hotels which you brag about.. it's just what we felt. Every person that stayed there hd the same feeling.

If your restaurant partner are not corporating with you guys then why the consumer has to suffer..

I am a common man and now I know how people get framed for someone's illegal activities. If any of those number are used for any illegal activities then I will be trouble. Please I request you to take this matter serioulsy.
