P3 in my third Late Model race. I was ready to pounce if the top two got together, but too free to really mix it up with them. Now back to CLT to chase a Summer Shootout 🏆
Thank you, everyone, for the well wishes, support, & love for my brother and our family. I reflect back on the days Kyle and I raced anything we could get our hands on.
I will forever be grateful for the memories we made, the lessons you taught me, and the brotherhood we shared.
The admins of KFB Updates have come together to make the difficult decision to step away from this account for the foreseeable future. We will keep this account up for archival purposes, preserving his memory and what Kyle has done for us as fans. We will also use the 2nd account (@KFB_Updates2) as a memorial account, posting highlights and more of what Kyle had done throughout his life and career. We will continue to upload the 33 onboard’s for the rest of the year, but this account will not be providing updates.
Thank you all for following us for the past few years. We appreciate the outpouring support and love every single weekend from fans and peers alike. This isnt a goodbye, nor a final tweet, just wait and see what comes of this account in a few years.
I never thought i would be able to find the words to describe how Kyle Busch meant to me, but today i think i found the words
Kyle was my idol, my hero, the guy i looked up to as a little kid, the guy i would endlessly support and admire throughout it all, the guy who i thought was invincible, the guy i thought was one of a kind. He was one of the most honest, outspoken, kind, and nicest people i had ever met.
I had the honor of meeting him last year, and he was exactly how i described him. He made my entire life, all because he took the time out of his day to have a short conversation and picture with me. Thats always going to be replaying in the back of my mind everyday.
Its been difficult comprehending his passing, and its been even harder not being able to see him race every sunday, but i hope to this very day ive made him proud. He never gave up on me in my lowest, and i never gave up on him at his.
There will never be, another KFB. Forever grateful to call him my idol, and i am forever apart of rowdy nation. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me, Kyle, until we meet again.
Richard Childress Racing has elected to suspend use of the No. 8 and will run the No. 33 at Charlotte Motor Speedway and beyond. Kyle Busch was instrumental in the design of RCR’s stylized No. 8 and it has become synonymous with Kyle and an important symbol for his fans and the NASCAR industry. No one can carry it forward to the level that he did. The No. 8 is reserved and ready for Brexton Busch when he is ready to go NASCAR racing.
#RowdyNation we’re leading the field to green for the DAYTONA 500💪🏻 The @RCRracing & @ECRengines folks put in the work this off szn and brought a gnarly @ZonePouches #8 to Daytona. No better way to start off the year!!!💯👊🏻
Arguably the toughest year of my career. Full of trials, n heartbreaks. I know my RCR guys r gonna get after it this winter n we’ll come back stronger nxt season. Grateful for all of our partners, helping us do what we love. Thx Rowdy Nation for sticking w me. Y’all r the best.💯
