Theyre holding people's direct deposits for days now and refusing to provide any real answers to customers- just keep saying it's a glitch/tech difficulties! @gaines_unique @AmericanExpress @AskAmex Calling corporate was an absolute joke. The first woman could only say, "it's a glitch." The 2nd woman I spoke with in another department didn't have an answer to when the system would be back up. Pulling my funds and closing my account ASAP!
