The cherry on top of the cake was how thoroughly you managed to destroy a 6 week old piece of luggage. I guess that, because itโs Air Canada branded, you decided you needed to make a point?

You should also train your call center people better. Theyโre giving misleading, or worse, false information about the pet on board protocol. How do you expect people to come prepared if your staff canโt agree on the rules?
