If you or someone you know is in Track or wants to join, come to the weight room where one of the coaches, Luehman, will be there Tuesdays at 7:30am and Thurs at 3:30 and another coach, Mensen, will be there Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:30. Great way to get ready for the season!
