Rolling out full‑fibre broadband across SY isn’t always straightforward. Much of the work happens underground and alongside other utilities, which can cause delays. Here we explain some common reasons why broadband works may take longer.

What to do:
✅ Read & respond to letters/emails from your provider — BT warns not responding may risk disruption to phone/broadband as the switchover nears.
✅ Help others, especially anyone with telecare/personal alarms — some devices need checking/upgrading for digital lines.
