I was similarly scammed out of $500 and a motherboard on Ebay as well. Used my mom's account which had thousands of reviews and over 10 years of service, but they sided with a brand new account and gave the buyer everything. She full stopped using Ebay right after.

Well, I submitted my final eBay appeal. I'm willing to nuke my entire eBay account over this. A guy with 3 transactions is trying to scam me out of $465, and get a free iPhone 14 Pro Max.

So far, eBay has agreed with him even though I have proof of delivery. Apparently he said, I promised him a refund. (I did no such thing)

6 years and over 300 transactions with 100% positive feedback means nothing against a 1-year-old account with 3 generic transactions
