@RoyalCaribbean Currently on VoyagerOTS, the new menu, delivery, and service levels are FAR below what I have come to expect. As an almost Diamond + cruiser, it’s apparent that you don’t care about loyalty or service standards but rather your bottom line. Shame on you. 😢
@TMobile HOW is this type of hold acceptable after I already waited over 2.5 hours for a callback?! Since that callback, I have been transferred to 4 different people who agree with my concerns and issue but can’t actually do anything to resolve it. #unacceptable
