@drewtappe@mvn_dn ewan ko sa’yo teh
Being compassionate costs nothing.
At walang correlation ang frequency/intensity ng lindol sa ‘political’ climate ng lugar. 💀
Walang pinapahiwatig ang lindol politically — it simply as it is a natural occurrence.
@JrGuacamole@maldita_mom@ReikShinichi@rjnsmashers your observation doesn’t make it true — nor does it become an empirical evidence.
Your comment is insinuating something and blaming the athletes who, too, had nearly died from the incident.
E, pa’no kung ‘yan lang talaga natandaan nila? Pa’no kung ‘yan lang ‘yung details? 🤷♂️
@nakakagigil17@akazukinchan2x Uh. But we are ‘entitled’ to depict English in media in any way we like, because English has been a part of the Filipino life ever since.
So, hindi necessarily mali ‘yung media depictions, kasi it reflects the Filipino experience. May I ask, ano ba ang “tamang depiction” sa’yo?

And let me quote you: “balita ko sa UP average lang daw basta walang bagsak at incomplete basta maabot ‘yung weighted average.”
That is, nilinaw ko lang ‘yung alam mo because it’s not true. 🥸

Um??? It’s exactly what I said. Check my other reply.
For the record, however, IKAW ang nag-claim na ang mga Latin Honors sa UP ay (1) average-based lang, (2) wala dapat 5.00, at (3) walang INC — kasi “nabalitaan” mo na ganito “raw” sa UP.
@Redgvrr@nabirubyjane @decisiontoIove also you can still be a Latin Honor despite incurring a 5.00 or INC.
As long as you don’t get underloaded (a UP student’s mortal sin), then you still have a shot of becoming a laude.
@Redgvrr@nabirubyjane @decisiontoIove Huh? Bestie, I don’t know where’d you get that information, but I recommend reading before commenting. Here’s UP’s guidelines on Latin Honors.

@Itsdawtonwtf car isn’t a necessity tho, my dad works in Pasay (minimum-wage earner btw). I study at Diliman. Transportation is important for us but my family doesn’t have a car, BECAUSE WE CANNOT AFFORD ONE.
So, yes, having ‘several’ cars does show your privileges. ;))
