[World Music Awards @WORLDMUSICAWARD]

Happy 54th birthday to the very handsome and mega talented history-making, Grammy & Oscar-winning Rapper, Songwriter, Composer, Producer, Actor, Global Icon, Hip hop Legend and Best-selling Rapstar of All Time, the One & Only Eminem! 🎂🎉🌟🐐👑🖤
#Eminem ranks among the best-selling artists of All Time with over 237 million equivalent album units sold. Across a career spanning more than two decades, he has delivered groundbreaking records, major cultural impact, and widespread industry recognition as one of music’s most accomplished artists. He is the rapper with the biggest global following across all digital platforms, having surpassed 400 million fans worldwide according to SoundCharts. In the United States he has accumulated over 228.5 million RIAA-certified units (albums + singles), ranking among the highest-certified male artists of all time, and remains the best-selling rapper in the country in pure album sales! Billboard named him the best-selling artist of the 2000s. He ranked the third best-selling artist of the 2010s in pure album sales, and in 2024, Billboard placed him at No. 12 on its list of the Greatest Pop Stars of the 21st Century! Rolling Stone ranked him among the greatest artists of all time and one of the greatest songwriters of all time, and in 2011, crowned him the “King of Hip-Hop.” He was the first artist to have 10 consecutive albums debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and he has now earned a total of 11 No. 1 albums on the chart! He has also scored 5 No. 1 singles on the Billboard Hot 100: “Lose Yourself” (2002), “Crack a Bottle” with Dr. Dre and 50 Cent (2009), “Not Afraid” (2010), “Love the Way You Lie” featuring Rihanna (2010), and “The Monster” featuring Rihanna (2013). Eminem is the only Rapper with 3 Diamond-certified albums by the RIAA: 'The Marshall Mathers LP' (2000), 'The Eminem Show' (2002), and 'Curtain Call: The Hits' (2005). He also has three Diamond-certified singles: “Lose Yourself,” “Not Afraid,” and “Love the Way You Lie” featuring Rihanna. These certifications reflect Eminem’s massive commercial impact!

Eminem ranks among the most skilled pure lyricists in hip-hop history, and pioneered diversity in rap culture! He became the 1st white Rapper to achieve Global Superstardom, and changed Rap forever, introducing a darker, more introspective edge the culture had rarely explored before. His lyrics were more about internal conflicts from personal experience rather than the external struggles of gang culture.

Eminem has won over 150 Awards, including an Academy Award in 2003 for Best Original Song, "Lose Yourself", from '8 Mile', a Primetime Emmy Award, 15 Grammy Awards, 17 Billboard Music Awards, 15 MTV Video Music Awards, 15 MTV Europe Music Awards, 10 Teen Choice Awards, 9 World Music Awards & 8 American Music Awards among others! He also won the MTV Movie & TV Awards for Best Actor in a Movie and Best Breakthrough Performance, and the Critics' Choice Movie Award for Best Song for "Lose Yourself"! He was ranked 9th on MTV's Greatest MCs of All Time list and 13th on MTV's 22 Greatest Voices in Music rank! In 2012, The Source ranked Eminem 6th on their list of the Top 50 Lyricists of All Time. In 2008, Vibe readers named him the Best Rapper Alive! In 2022, Eminem was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame!

After signing with Dr Dre's Aftermath Entertainment in 1999, Eminem exploded on the international music scene with 'The Slim Shady LP'! 'The Marshall Mathers LP' (2000) and 'The Eminem Show'(2002) followed, and were massive successes worldwide, nominated for the Grammy Award for Album of the Year, with the latter becoming the best-selling album worldwide of 2002! After agoing on hiatus, Em made a huge comeback with 'Relapse' (2009), then 'Recovery' (2010) which was the best-selling album worldwide of 2010! 'Marshall Mathers LP 2' (2013), 'Revival' (2017), 'Kamikaze' (2018) & 'Music to Be Murdered By' (2020), followed, and were all huge Global successes! Eminem made a victorious comeback in 2024 with 'The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)' which debuted atop the Billboard 200, tying him with Barbra Streisand, Kanye West, and Bruce Springsteen for the fifth highest number of albums to reach the summit. 'The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)' was the fastest selling rap album of 2024, moving 281,000 equivalent units in its first week in the US, and recorded the second-highest digital sales week behind only Taylor Swift's 'The Tortured Poets Department'. It also debuted atop the UK Official chart, peaking at #1 in 16 countries and spawning the Hot 100 #1 hit "Houdini", which debuted atop the Billboard Global 200, reaching No. 1 in 18 countries! Eminem appeared as a featured artist on “Madara” with Ez Mil, which came out early October 2026, and on “Heal My Faith” with Kid Rock which dropped today and is currently working on a new album.

Eminem is also a very successful Entrepreneur, and the Co-Founder of Shady Records, which launched the careers of D12, 50 Cent, and Obie Trice! He even established his own Sirius XM Radiochannel, Shade 45! Eminem is also a great actor, and starred in the 2002 musical drama film, '8 Mile', playing a dramatized version of himself. "Lose Yourself" from the Original Soundtrack, topped the Billboard Hot 100 for 12 weeks, the most for a solo rap song!

Eminem has historically been selective about endorsements, focusing on brands that align with his Detroit roots, personal values, or creative ventures rather than chasing high-volume deals. His partnerships often generate a massive buzz including his high-profile Super Bowl ads and Crypto campaigns. Over the course of his career he has worked with around 10 major brands, spanning beverages (Lipton Iced Tea & Gatorade), sportswear (Jordan Brand Nike limited-edition "Air Shady" sneakers), automotive, Chrysler’s “Imported from Detroit” campaign, and crypto.

Eminem has long prioritized low-key philanthropy, channeling his resources through the Marshall Mathers Foundation, founded in 2002, to support disadvantaged and at-risk youth, particularly in Detroit and surrounding Michigan communities. The foundation focuses on education, human services, health, and community revitalization, often matching donations or partnering with local organizations rather than seeking publicity. His secretary Howard Hertz noted that Eminem "doesn't believe in publicizing philanthropy." Most recently, in 2026, Eminem held a major charity auction through Julien’s Auctions with more than 100 signed sneakers from his personal collection, including rare Air Jordan “Slim Shady” PEs. It raised roughly $400,000–$485,000 for the Marshall Mathers Foundation to support at-risk youth in Detroit. The foundation has also continued its long-running annual winter coat giveaway in Detroit, now in its 17th year. To date, the foundation has distributed millions, with Eminem personally funding the bulk of its assets!

Eminem's fans are die-hard, because he has stayed unfiltered and technically brilliant for over two decades, never chasing trends, while repeatedly showing growth and vulnerability without losing the edge that made him connect with them in the first place...
