stop telling people to get therapy like it’s accessible. every insurance agency i talked to gave me a price between $100-$150 a month then it skyrocketed to $250-$400. it costs over $120 a session. it takes all the money i have to pay for it bc i am so ill i can’t even work.

stop being privileged when it comes to receiving mental help and thinking everyone can get it. if you have a therapist, good insurance or are still covered under mommy and daddy, don’t take it for granted and assume it works like that for everyone.
