@Casterwandhelp In my line of work, when something fails, we communicate, transparently to our audience, and put together an action plan to prevent future issues. Is your company doing that? Why does it seem like you don't care? How does it make you feel to know u caused suffering in children?

@WBHomeEnt Bought 2 for Christmas gifts. 1 dead on arrival; wouldn't charge in the box. Customer service is horrible, available via website chat or email with several days between responses. Bank got involved. 1 kid still without their gift. Not a satisfied customer.
