Weighed 184 this morning. Down 26 pounds in 50 days. A little aggressive of a cut. But damn I feel the best I felt in years. Time to treat myself to @texasroadhouse 😎
@DeanTTraining Exactly what my dinner last night and lunch looked like today 💪🤘 added some potatoes and I never feel over full. I get hungry I snack on the oikos triple zero. Can be so simple
@DeanTTraining Skinny fat has always been my problem. Down from 210 to 190 right now. Feeling great, but know I can stand to lose around 20-30 more pounds. Going to be tough getting to my goal. But seeing your post daily definitely help keep me on track.
