Just received an email stating my internet rebate was ready and available. However, when I click the link and enter info, it gives me an error. Tried both my account phone # and personal number. How do I get my reward?
@MoviePass I understand this is a beta, but this is ridiculous, paying for a service and not only not getting the service paid for but not providing a customer service response of any kind. Will be continuing to wait for a response.
@MoviePass First time trying to use my activated card and it doesn't work. Have been waiting in your customer service area of the app for a while, no response. Tried calling the customer service line on the card, it tells you to use the app (so basically useless).
Interesting this came up in my timeline as I had just deleted my #myfitnesspal account today due to the most recent 'update' stating they were going to only allow barcode scanning for paid memberships starting 10/1. Good timing.

Tis my fault. I grilled on Sunday and the little buggers got in. Having a screen door may have helped some. But I think we might have to take some more drastic measures in general. Get some zappers.
