It's 22:40 on 25th October 2022 and where's the cracker timeline stipulated by @ChennaiTraffic or the @chennaicorp ? A complaint to the police on 100 made a policeman visit South Avenue, Kamaraj Nagar Thiruvanmiyur but as soon as he left...bursting crackers again

[Ragas in a Raakshas Mind @SuperNK007]

Drunk men bursting crackers late at night on South Avenue, Kamaraj Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur. Will anyone take note? Is there any use of any regulation in Chennai? @ChennaiTraffic @Udhaystalin @mkstalin @chennaicorp @

[Ragas in a Raakshas Mind @SuperNK007]
