@HitachiAC_GB My AC purchased in Sep/Oct 2023 has been chronically defective. Repeated repairs, temporary fixes, and I’ve already spent ₹10,500 on repairs/gas filling. Last repair on May 26, 2025 (₹3,250 for gas leak) failed again in just 3.5 months

@HitachiAirConIn When I tried reaching the service manager, the manager was rude and lethargic. Claiming if you can afford the amount fix it else leave us. That’s the attitude I get

@HitachiAirConIn Hitachi’s customer service is a scam. I own 4 hitachi ACs at my home. 1 has been facing fault since June 2024. The service team claimed electrical issues till the warranty got over and now claims it’s part damage. Totally disappointing

My call no: 24102302024. In the past 4 months I have raised 12 complaints for the same problem. The service personnel wouldn’t attend the problem. Fix namesake things wait for the warranty to end and then claim it’s part damage

I request any govt. in power to please make sure such dangerous acts for anyone’s private affair disturb the public. Hoardings and flags for wedding or any private event on a public property is unnecessary @mkstalin @Udhaystalin

@chennaicorp @chennaipolice_ South Avenue road Thiruvanmiyur is filled with hoardings and flags clad iron rods that poses danger to the public in vehicles & pedestrians. We have to go through all this danger for a private family wedding of someone.When will this menace stop!!
