@MoHU_En@MoHU_En is infringing on our fundamental right as a Muslim. You need a system with: actual customer care service, IT that knows how to work high flow websites, security clearance from western financial institutions, more payment options: direct transfers, all major credit cards
@MoHU_En I followed every step that @MoHU_En and @Motawif_SA put in place but my money was not accepted. @Motawif_SA did not respond to my emails, calls or tweets. I am a professional and set time off for Hajj 3 months ago. This last minute decisions with proper preparation is not ok.
@MoHU_En This was a very poorly organized system you placed. The idea is nice but you have a lot of work to do. My Hajj journey can not be completed this year due to this lack of professional system.
@AbuStranger6311 @hsharifain @Motawif_SA@MoHU_En No payment does not go through. I’ve tried everything on my end in this country. Unless the SA government steps in, nothing for us to do in the USA.
@MoHU_En There is no updates on those of us that were selected for hajj by the draw conducted by @Motawif_SA, about our payments. Our bank considers @Motawif_SA an organization that is high risk for fraud. We are very sad that our basic pillar as a Muslim we can not perform!
