我們所相信的是復活的救主，有了祂為我們的犧牲，我們會更有力量背起自己的十字架：病苦、貧窮、孤獨、磨難⋯⋯

On this glorious day of the Lord’s Resurrection, let us pause and listen as the Risen Jesus gently speaks these words to each of us: “Peace be with you.”

Easter is far more than just a single day or an eight-day octave. The Easter season stretches across fifty days—from the Resurrection to the Ascension (forty days), and then through the ten days of waiting for the descend of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. This entire season is a sacred time of joy and renewal.

Let us quietly savor these fifty days. When possible, visit the church and contemplate the joy shared by the Blessed Mother, the Apostles, and the holy women as they encountered the Risen Lord. Or simply open the Scriptures at home and allow the Risen Christ to speak to your heart, just as He did with the two disciples on the road to Emmaus.

We believe in a Risen Savior. Because He offered Himself for us, we can find the strength to carry our own crosses—whether they be illness, poverty, loneliness, or trials of any kind.

Wishing you and your loved ones, the peace of the Risen Christ this Easter season!
