I'm currently looking for a position in a writing or community management capacity. If anyone's looking, please feel free to let me know - my DMs are available, or I can be reached at mith [at] superplane39 [dot] com. [RTs appreciated!]
@kdaigle@AdGuard Note that other spam-fighting repositories have been hit the same way as well. https://t.co/ezcsDf667Q - the main repository for https://t.co/xuajkHpLRl, which fights spam across the Stack Exchange network - was suddenly and without warning or explanation disabled also.
"My long-distance friend Hersh Goldberg-Polin was taken hostage by Hamas, and the pain feels astronomical," writes @TheTonightSho.

There is a lot of misinformation circulating right now.
Misinformation can result in people being left uninformed & can put lives at risk during a crisis.
What we share online can have consequences in the real world.
Take a minute to pause & verify facts.
What I would like to be doing today: Studying WCAG standards and writing something on how to create accessible posts on @CodidactQA and @StackExchange.
What I am actually doing today: Making sure our safe room is secure, stocked, and ready for use after a siren scare yesterday.
There's an incredible amount of disinformation and propaganda out there right now. Remember to verify that something came from a reliable source before sharing - people are sharing video game screenplay, old videos, and unrelated footage as live updates.
Ask yourself "Does this make sense?" - is the language being spoken the language the people being described would speak? Does the background, such as signs on buildings and on walls, line up with what's being said? Are the uniforms the right ones for the description?
If you'd prefer to let me know privately, I can be reached by gmail with "mithical39", via Discord, or by DM here. This isn't just a formality, please do let me know if there's anything to address.
It's that time of year again... If, over the past year, I've caused pain to you, insulted or disrespected you, or caused harm to you in any way, whether here or elsewhere, please let me know so that I can apologize personally and do what I can to make up for it.
How cautious are you when sharing personal details online?
Your personal information can be more accessible than you think. That might open you up to doxing.
Our Human Rights team explains what doxing is and how it could affect your life.

For those following the Stack Overflow / Exchange moderation strike, we've just put out an update on what's happened over the last week: https://t.co/AlA3zmZLD6
This Twitter 2FA change is nerve-racking because:
1. Only ~2.6% of Twitter users have 2FA on at all (it’s essential for preventing easy account takeover)
Of those 2.6%, 74% use text message based 2FA (https://t.co/WXuFydZk17)
If they don’t pay for Blue they auto lose 2FA on 3/20.
News:
- our server migration, and learning about a caching problem the hard way
- a university's adoption of Codidact and how they're helping improve it
- new features
- update on our technical roadmap
Thanks to all who make Codidact better!
