So disappointed with @LEGO_Group. My son bought a set with his own money—missing pieces. Store replaced one, others had to be ordered (months wait). Each time another piece was missing. Now he wants a refund but LEGO won't do it unless we show a receipt but we don't have it :(

@SithLordSpaul @LEGO_Group ive bought in my lifetime maybe 100 LEGO sets and never a missing piece, so i was surprised with this set we got. Each time we had a missing piece my son had to pause building. It took months to get a piece from switzerland. I hope you never run into this issue with LEGO.
