What a disappointment from @volvocars - leaving a young family stranded until gone midnight, and releasing an unsafe car from a dealership brake change! Note: if you’re going to use an agent-based recovery service, have enough capacity/agents to pick up in reasonable time frame!

For a brand using the tagline #ForEveryonesSafety, I’m not impressed with @volvocars. Brake fluid has leaked onto a disc 48 hours after a Volvo dealer service where the pads, discs and a calliper was replaced. Very glad my family are safe considering how that could have ended.

What I didn’t tell @chrismccausland is just how much his YNWA waltz meant to me - I met my wife doing Carousel (where YNWA comes from) and am reprising the role in January at the Farnham Maltings! I was even wearing my Carousel hoodie, but masked the emblem in the photo!

@MartinSLewis On my belated honeymoon, we travelled around Aus for a month. Our final night I booked the cheapest room possible in the Four Seasons Sydney. Get there to be told we’ve been upgraded to a Full Harbour View Suite. Turns out, the head concierge was trained by a good friend of mine!
