Have you seen the @MyGolfSpy member test results? "During the first protocol, testers showed an average increase in driver swing speed of 8.2 mph" 🤯 #golf#clubheadspeed#mygolfspy https://t.co/niNBKEOdK5
"When I've tested products like these in the past they've often struggled with not picking up shots or showing complete misreads which don't match up with the shot I've just hit, but I was blown away by how consistent the PRGR seemed to be." - @Golfalot
Long drive champ @Golfzillazuback talking about how the double step drill helps w/lateral forces + the dynamic motions of the swing. If u want to know how intense you should be swinging SuperSpeed ask this guy
Jason is a great example of a rocket fuel power athlete. (1/2) @MyTPI
One the main reasons we didn’t include a club face on the end of the SuperSpeed clubs is to allow freedom to create speed through the hitting zone instead of slowing down to hit the ball. Instructor @akolloff sharing a great tip about how this can help your overall golf swing.
@Golfzillazuback, one of the best Long Drive competitors in history, shares the benefits of the step change drill.
One of my favorite drills that I have been using for many years to promote proper sequencing and developing max power is the Step Through Drill. (1/2)
What’s the best way to perform kneeling swings?
1. Keep knees directly under hips, not wider
2. Allow pelvis + neck to rotate.
3. Place something soft under knees so they r elevated from floor
4. If you feel discomfort perform the modified standing version

We r getting lots of questions on at home training. If u r indoors we recommend at least 9 ft ceilings. Now that the weather is better outdoors is easier. A yard, driveway or deck works great. Keep track of your progress using the record keeper sheets on r site. @sarahjaneboyd_1
During this time many golf coaches are organizing virtual group training with their students and members. It’s great to have a group to compete with and keep accountable to. Here Assistant Director of Instruction at Baltimore CC Joanna Coe is demonstrating for her students.
Our favorite moment of 2019. Phil going full out with his SuperSpeed training on the range at Augusta with Michael Breed commentating. Who’s ready for more distance in 2020?
An important part of the SuperSpeed training is learning to get out of ur comfort zone. To make the gains transfer back while hitting a ball you must move each club fast. In this video she is moving fast but not swinging aggressively enough therefore won’t achieve the full gains.
In 6.5 months he went from 115 mph to 149 mph. We encourage everyone to keep training through the progressive protocols as you will keep seeing gains. Don’t stop after the first 6 weeks. @tlperformancegolf
Are you keeping track of your speed progress? We have downloadable sheets on our website to document the gains. The students @IJGA_ with trainer Sebastian Brown are starting their first week of training. @JonathanYarwood
