Their excuse was it’s an automated system and can’t be changed… I think they are telling big fibs! Mammy says that’s bad too. It’s sad the biggest tech giant in the world can’t overrule their own systems… maybe AI really has taken over the world 🤔

My mammy says I shouldn’t sign bad words… but @AppleSupport… 🖕🏻 Taking £150 from my mum because she put the iTunes vouchers in her account (mine is linked to hers) to pay for an app to help me communicate. And won’t give a refund even though mum explained it was a mistake
