"SARS did not charge[Morgan] Maumela with fraud.Or corruption. Or murder [of Babita].
They charged him with unpaid taxes.
Think about what that means: the state could not catch him for stealing from a hospital. But it can catch him for not declaring the stolen money."- Khangisa
There’s a big discussion at The Breakdown today about the Springboks and their depth: “There are only 23 players can play on the day and that’s what you are up against “
And that’s a fact. There are only 23 players on the field, and I know for a fact that South Africa knows exactly what their best side is. That best side played against the All Blacks in all 4 Tests. That’s a fact.
But do you know what depth gives you?
Longevity.
The Bok players are getting older and many of them are reaching the latter stages of their careers. But their incredible depth means they don’t have to play every single game. They only have to play the important games because they have quality, like-for-like replacements waiting outside the 23.
And that’s where South Africa’s depth becomes so frightening.
Rassie Erasmus has created an environment where you can bring a player into the team and expect him to perform because everyone understands their role. The system is clear. The standards are clear. The cohesion isn’t necessarily a problem because the players coming in already understand how the team operates.
Compare that with the All Blacks.
Can we rest Cam Roigard against Scotland? Can we rest Jordie Barrett? I don’t think we can.
South Africa can say: “Damian de Allende and Jesse Kriel aren’t playing this week. We’ll put Damian Willemse at 12 and André Esterhuizen at 13,” or make other combinations within their system, and they can still expect those players to perform the same roles at an incredibly high level.
That is what depth gives you.
It’s not about having a 23-man team that is better than everyone else’s 23. If it’s simply 23 vs 23, the difference might not be that significant.
It’s what happens over an entire season and especially over a Rugby World Cup cycle.
In 2027, you will see South Africa rotate heavily through the pool stages. Maybe some pool games will feature a completely different side. Maybe one of the games they field their strongest XV. Then, when they reach the knockout stages, they can bring their best players back in fresh and ready for the Round of 16, quarter-final and beyond.
And the biggest advantage is that they have the luxury of bringing almost anyone into that environment and expecting them to play the same way as the person they’re replacing.
That’s the scary part. The rest of the world shouldn’t just be scared of South Africa’s best 23. They should be scared of South Africa’s depth and what that depth does to the longevity of their best players.
And you have to give Rassie Erasmus enormous credit for creating an environment where that is possible.

The HAWKS said they get instructions from Union Buildings to target citizens. Directly from the Office of the Presidency.
They even called the Head of the NPA [Shamila Batohi] to do unlawful prosecutions on people, and political opponents. The office of the Public Protector [Gcaleka] too.

🚨🇪🇺REMEMBER : Elon Musk just put the EU chief back in her place!
Von der Leyen was preaching about "democracy" until Musk hit her with a truth bomb:
"If democracy is the foundation of freedom, surely your position as leader of the EU should be elected directly by the people?"
The timeline is so obvious it hurts.

They don't want you questioning the state.

Beware of the lies of the politicians. Like the ANC, PA makes empty promises. Every where they have been in coalition they have destroyed. Look at Kynsna🤦🏾♀️. I don't understand why democracy must mean allowing dodgy business men and convicted criminals to come anywhere near our politics. They have nothing to offer except poor service delivery and alledged corruption.
Prof Fikeni told the Madlanga Commission that South Africa has more delegates in international events and conferences than other countries.
He says most officials do this to claim overtime and travel allowance, not that they are contributing anything in this events.
He sat in the Madlanga Commission yesterday and basically said,
"𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝘆𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹."
🔸️Taxpayers money is being wasted on baseless things.
🔸️Poor service delivery. Long queues in government offices.
🔸️The country sends the biggest delegation when traveling to other countries for absolutely no reason.
🔸️Government officials are giving themselves extra income by corrupting the salaries system.
🔸️Many people in government are not well trained.
🔸️Policies are not implemented and processes are not clear.

Judge Madlanga is a genius, he invited Prof. Somadoda Fikeni to expose what has been the failure from the past commissions of inquiry, now the entire country fully understands that the government is the one holding us back.

EL MUNDO DESPIERTA... 🔥
Professor Somadoda Fikeni took the stand on Day 176 and said something that should have stopped the room.
South Africa's implementation failures are not incompetence.
They are design.
He called it a "political economy of inefficiency." An appearance of action while the system is structured so that policies and programmes do not actually work.
Okay. Let me walk through what he actually said.
1. South Africa has some of the best governance policies on paper.
Fikeni should know. He chairs the Public Service Commission. His job is to evaluate whether those papers mean anything.
He said he has seen four ministers in five years at the PSC. High turnover is not chaos. It is a feature — because every new minister restarts the clock, and the system behind the minister keeps running.
But then he said the quiet part:
"The unwillingness to implement, but the presentation of a facade that we want to implement. Okay, let them push, but we'll make sure that it doesn't work."
2. The drone example.
The Border Management Authority has four drones for 71 ports of entry.
Fifty-two of those ports are land borders.
The BMA says it cannot procure more because the budget goes to salaries, with almost nothing left for operations and equipment. Officials have applied for extra funding through the Criminal Assets Recovery Account.
Four drones. Seventy-one ports.
That is not a budget shortfall. That is a statement.
3. But the drone gap is not the story. The story is the rest of the inventory.
Fikeni pointed to a wider pattern: idle equipment. Unspent grants. Software licences purchased and never activated. ICT systems bought and never switched on.
Money has been spent. The receipt exists. The box was delivered. It was never opened.
This is not theft. It is worse. Theft requires someone to want something. This requires no one to want anything to work.
4. Here is what "political economy of inefficiency" actually means.
It is not that the system is broken. It is that the system produces exactly the outcome it was designed to produce:
- Appearances of action for the annual report.
- Delays long enough for the political cycle to turn.
- Just enough functionality to keep the lights on while the wiring corrodes.
When a minister announces a new programme, the announcement is the deliverable.
The programme is optional.
5. The uncomfortable truth:
Incompetence can be fixed. You train people. You hire better ones. You restructure.
A system designed to look like it is working while ensuring it does not work cannot be reformed from within.
Because the people who would have to fix it are the same people who benefit from it staying broken.
Fikeni did not say that last part.
He did not have to.
Four drones for seventy-one borders said it for him.
Julian Assange exposed that Ukraine wasn't the first war disguised as a money laundering operation. Elites used Afghanistan and MANY other wars THEY STARTED to steal our tax dollars too.
Julian Assange on wars being used for money laundering:
"The goal is to use Afghanistan to wash money out of the tax bases of the United States, out of the tax bases of European countries through Afghanistan and back into the hands of a transnational security only. The goal is to have an endless war, not to be successful." (To keep wars going to keep laundering our tax dollars)
This was all proven to be true as we all watched them do this right in our faces.
We recently learned Joe Biden and the entire DNC kept funneling our tax dollars to Ukraine to launder it back to themselves!
Zelensky's government conspired with Biden's USAID insiders to launder $200 million in American taxpayer dollars straight into Joe Biden's campaign and the DNC through layered fake infrastructure schemes.
Endless wars against the enemies they fund, to keep the racket going which is what President Trump is working overtime to stop.
That's why the Military Industrial Complex is fighting President Trump at every turn.

Ruben Kruger would have turned 56 this year. The Silent Assassin won a World Cup for South Africa in 1995, then spent the next fifteen years proving character mattered more than the jersey
He skipped his own Invictus premiere to sit with a sick seven-year-old daughter instead. Years later, that same daughter gave a tennis opponent her spare shoes so the match would be fair.
His daughters Zoë and Isabella are both professional tennis players now — Isabella reached the Wimbledon juniors quarter-final and plays NCAA tennis at Auburn, while Zoë is chasing her own career and studying genetics, inspired by the brain tumour that took their father in 2010.
