AFAIK - Just for declaring your marital status neither marriage cert. nor Annexure J is needed.
It may be reqd. only if u try to add Spouse Name to ur passport.

It has blocked any user who refuses to upload selfie and shares govt issued id.

It claims it will verify name & date of birth using govt id.
So, does #Jeevansathi have access to govt databases?
