@wmata I just was on a red line shuttle bus that was supposed to be going between Ft Totten and Takoma. Instead, the driver drove almost all the way to Beltsville before realizing they had made a mistake. Thankfully another metro employee was on the bus to guide them…(part 1)

….however, the driver didn’t ask the other metro employee for help until we were well into Adelphi MD. At this point, I was having a full on panic attack, and fearing for my life. I’m extremely upset, and highly recommend that this driver be taken off the route immediately.

@wmata Actually I looked on BusETA and it looks like it was bus #6419. I was approaching the bus stop at 8th St SE and Independence Ave SE. I waved the driver down as I was a just a few steps away from the stop but they didn’t even slow down, and I definitely saw them look at me.

@wmata I just had a 90 bus in the direction of Duke Ellington (didn’t get the bus number) literally ignore me waving them down at the stop, and then chasing after the bus half a block for them to continue speeding off. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed.

@wmata I don’t understand why the operator can’t just stay at one place in the tunnel until they have the go ahead to move forward instead of the start and stop…i feel extremely ill now because of this
