@travel_up @emirates Emirates says changes must be made through the travel agent. Since TravelUp isn’t responding, I cannot cancel or change my travel date. If anything happens due to the war or my hard-earned money isn’t refunded, the agency is responsible. #TravelIssue

@Travel_Up my dad is stuck in Thailand as his flights via Dubai are cancelled so Emirates advised to contact you directly to book new flights but your phone lines aren’t working and he’s had no email response from you. This is a disgrace!!!
